IT Help Desk - Lead & Executive (2 positions) 
Location: Ho Chi Minh city & Long An province
Date of closing: 10-Jan-2026

Main purpose:

To provide hands-on IT support for ensuring stable connectivity, system functionality, and timely incident resolution. This role supports the 24/7 IT service operations team and contributes to maintaining smooth digital processes across manufacturing systems.

 

1. IT Infrastructure & Connectivity
- Ensure stable Wi-Fi and network connectivity of the whole factory.
- Monitor and maintain network system uptime, proactively identifying and resolving connectivity issues.

2. Physical Site & Systems Monitoring
- Conduct regular physical site checks to validate hardware health, cabling, and device status.
- Oversee the performance of manufacturing applications which including Barcode Scanner, PowerApps

3. Systems Integration & Automation Support
- Provide first-level support for isystem integration between manufacturing Apps and SAP, ASRS, WMS
- Understand and troubleshoot process flows, automation triggers, and data exchange between systems.
- Resend or reprocess EDI transactions when necessary to ensure business continuity.

4. Helpdesk & Incident Management
- Lead the IT Service Operation team at factory to provide timely support to the users.
- Manage ticketing systems, prioritize incidents, and ensure resolution within SLA.
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support or vendors as needed.

5. Team Leadership & Shift Coordination
- Coordinate 24/7 shift schedules to ensure continuous IT coverage.
- Train and coach team on factory systems, troubleshooting procedures, and safety protocols.

6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, support procedures, and incident logs.
- Provide regular reports on system performance, incident trends, and improvement opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG environments.

- Basic understanding of networking, system integration, and factory automation tools.

- Familiarity with SAP, EDI, and helpdesk systems is a plus.

- Willingness to work in shift-based 24/7 operations.
